Atiku Reacts To Killings Of Kaduna Boy, Ahmad Kabir After Paid Ransom

Atiku Abubakar, a former vice president of Nigeria and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chieftain has reacted to killings of Kaduna boy, Ahmad Kabir after ransom was paid for his release

Kabir who was found in a drainage after the parent paid N5 million ransom.

Recall that Kabir was kidnapped from Kaduna North local government area and taken to Kano where after a search his body was found in drainage

Reacting, Atiku described the incident as “sad”

His tweet:”I am saddened to hear of the kidnap and subsequent murder of the young Ahmad Kabir, who was found in a drainage after the parents were made to pay a N5 million ransom”

“We cannot continue like this. Nigeria must return to community policing, adapted to suit the needs of the constituent states, to stem the tide of insecurity.”
